The therapies include tonifying kidney, quieting heart, conditioning menstrual cycle, nourishing yin, downbearing fire, tranquitizing mind, clearing liver, releasing depression, tonifying spleen and assisting yang combining psychological counseling, practicing qigong and keeping fit.
