摘要
从我国风险投资的现状分析入手 ,探讨了发展第二板市场对促进风险投资发展的必要性 ,同时结合国外第二板市场发展的成功经验 ,提出了我国发展第二板市场的对策建议。
This paper analyses the current situation of venture investment in China and discusses the necessity of building a second board to promote the development of venture investments. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to help develop the second board in China using some successful experiences in developed countries.
