马来酸罗格列酮片致剥脱性皮炎1例 被引量：2

摘要 病例：患者，男，65岁。因“监测血糖升高且控制不佳”于2009年5月11日就诊。入院诊断为2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病、脂肪肝、胆囊结石。住院期间一直给予胰岛素降血糖。2009年5月16日患者出院，出院带药为马来酸罗格列酮片（葛兰素史克天津有限公司）4mg，每日1次，口服；精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液（预混50R）300IU笔芯（丹麦诺和诺德公司）早16IU，晚13IU，
