外伤后脑出血患者自我感受负担的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of self- perceived burden among patients with traumatic cerebral hemor-rhage

目的调查外伤后脑出血患者自我感受负担（SPB）并分析其影响因素。方法首先采用自我感受负担量表对86例外伤后脑出血患者进行横断面调查，然后根据SPB的有无分为2组，进行单因素分析，然后以SPB为因变量，以单因素分析有统计学意义的变量为自变量进行Logistic回归分析，探讨影响脑出血患者SPB的因素。结果脑出血患者SPB平均（31．35~3．86）分；Logistic回归分析结果显示，无生活自理能力者较有生活自理能力者发生SPB概率增加26．2％；偏瘫者较无偏瘫者发生SPB概率增加21．1％；语言障碍者较无语言障碍者发生SPB概率增加13．2％。结论脑出血患者处于中度SPB状态，护理人员应采取相应护理措施进行积极干预。

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden （SPB） among patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 86 patients were includ- ed in the study, they were investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire and Self-Perceived Burden Scale （SPBS）. Then they were divided into two groups according to with SPB or not. Then Logistic regression analysis was carried out by setting SPB as the dependent variable, and the indicators which had significant difference by single factor analysis as the independent variable. Results The average score of SPB with cerebral hemorrhage was （31.35＋3.86）; self-care ability, hemiplegia and language barriers were the influencing factors of SPB according to the Logistic regression analysis. Conclusions The patients with cerebral hemorrhage have obvious SPB, which is influenced by multiple factors.
