基于变间隙平板电容传感器的柴油氧化性研究

摘要 基于柴油介电常数测量原理,研制了变间隙式平板电容传感器。根据测量要求,设计了传感器外围辅助电路,其中,核心控制部分采用AT89C51单片机,激励信号源采用AD9852,产生不同频率、幅值的正弦信号施加于检测和参比传感器,通过后续放大、滤波及A/D转换,将所得信号转换为与介电常数相关的无量纲数据。通过变间隙测量不同氧化程度的柴油样品,考察了传感器的重复性和差异性,确定了其最佳理想距离为0.6 mm。 Variable gap plate capacitive sensor is developed based on the principle of diesel dielectric constant measurement. According to the measurement requirements, peripherals auxiliary circuit of sensor is designed, the core control part is AT89C51 MCU, AD9852 is used as excitation signal source, to generate different frequency and amplitude of sinusoidal signal to be applied to the detection and reference sensors, through follow-up zoom, filtering and A/D conversion ,the obtained signal is transformed into a non-dimensional data related to dielectric constant. With variable gap measurement of the degree of oxidation of diesel samples, repeatability and differences of sensors are investigated, and the best ideal distance 0.6mm is determined.
