摘要
介绍了卷烟阴燃速率的概念与研究意义,选取合适的工业相机、镜头及光源,设计了一种阴燃速率测试装置,使用机器视觉技术监测卷烟的燃烧情况,采用合适的算法识别卷烟样品、跟踪卷烟燃烧线、计算卷烟的阴燃速率。对2种卷烟分别使用该实验装置和人工2种方式进行测试,并做了对比,实验证明:该实验装置可以降低人为因素对测试结果的影响。
The concept and significance of cigarette smoldering rate are introduced. A smoldering rate test device is designed with appropriate choices of industrial camera, camera lens and illuminant. The device can monitor the combustion performance of cigarettes, identify the location of cigarette samples, track the cigarette burning line, calculate the cigarette smoldering rate by using appropriate algorithms. Two kinds of cigarettes are tested respectively by using this device and by manual. The experimental result demonstrates that this experimental device can reduce the impact of haman factors on test result.
