学术创业背景下学者角色认同演变模式研究

A Study on Role Identity Evolution Patterns of Scholars in the Background of Academic Entrepreneurship

科学领域与经济领域的交叉融合,使得越来越多的学术主体开始涉足市场,创办经济实体,由此便引出了"学术创业"这一崭新命题。以学术创业的微观主体——学者为研究对象,基于不同的学术创业导向,将学者分为4种类型:新兴型、守旧型、勉强型和正统型,并在此基础上运用角色认同理论构建出学者学术创业过程中角色认同的演变模式。

The cross integration of science and economy promotes more and more academic main bodies to engage into the market and found economic entities,which brings the new issue of academic entrepreneurship.This study firstly focused on scholars,which are micro-units of academic entrepreneurship as the research object.According to the different entrepreneurship orientations,scholars have four forms,which are new-school,old-school,the reluctant entrepreneur and traditionalist.Based on the theory of role identity,we build the role identity Evolution Patterns of scholars.
