基于专利许可网络的985高校知识流动能力研究 被引量:12

摘要 专利许可行为代表着知识流动,通过分析专利许可网络来评价985高校知识流动能力,构建985高校的发明授权率-许可率二维矩阵,并对这些高校的整体和个体知识流动网络进行分析。研究表明:工科类高校比综合类高校知识流动能力更强;在所有985高校中,西安交通大学和天津大学的知识流动能力最强;专利许可数量与知识流动广度有正相关性。 The patent license activity represents the flow of knowledge.This paper analyses the patent license network to evaluate the knowledge flow capability of '985 Universities',builds the two-dimensional matrix of '985 Universities'of the invention authorized rate and the license rate,and studies the whole and individual knowledge flow networks of these universities.The study shows that: the engineering colleges have more knowledge flow capability than the comprehensive universities,Xi'an Jiaotong University and Tianjin University have the strongest knowledge flow capability in all these universities in China and the number of patent license has the positive correlation with the knowledge flow breadth.
