飞机高升力控制系统传动效率测量技术研究

Research for Torque Online Measurement of Aircraft High Lift System

针对飞机高升力控制系统的工作环境和特点,对传动效率的在线测量技术进行了深入研究,在详细分析扭力杆扭矩测量的基础上,介绍了高升力控制系统扭力杆扭矩在线测量的原理,给出了实现在线测量系统的组成结构,说明了在线测量软件的设计开发,对实现测量和数据分析处理的软件组件模块进行了详细描述,实际应用证明,该方法不但提高了测试精度,而且缩短了试验周期。

It is introduced that research on transmission efficiency on-- line measurement for aircraft high lift control system, according to the environment and characteristic where aircraft high lift control system worked. The principle of torque on--line measurement for torsion column of aircraft high lift control system based on torque on-line measurement is analyzed in detail. The system structure to implement on --line measurement is presented. The design and development of on--line measurement software is described. The software component rood ule of deal with measurement and data process is illuminated. The application indicates that this method not only improved accurate for measurement, but also shorted the period of test.
