摘要
集中供热已经成为我国北方城市取暖的主要形式,实现热力站自动控制成为供热公司节约成本和提高供热效率的重要途径;基于GPRS通讯技术、采用STM32微处理器为控制核心、μCOS-II为操作系统,设计并实现了热力站无人值守控制系统;该系统测量和传输热力站一、二次网的温度、压力等工况参数,并给出了热力站循环泵和补水泵的控制策略,实现了热力站自动运行,为热网的热平衡分配控制提供了一种可行的控制方法;经过试运行,温度、压力测量误差0.2%以内,数据传输可靠,节省电能,经济效益显著。
Central heating has become the main form of heating in northern China, so automatic control of heat--supply station is an im- portant way to save cost of the heating companies and improve the heating efficiency. Using STM32 as controller and μCOS-Ⅱ as operation system, the control system for nobody on duty of heat--supply station is implemented in this article based on GPRS. Temperature and pressure of the first and second heat net are monitored and transmitted via GPRS network. Automation of beat--supply station is achieved by using the algorithm of circulating pump and make--up water pump and a useful method for the balance of heat distribution is given. The practice proves that uncertainty of the measurements of temprature and press is within 0. 2 % and the communication is stable. It reduces the energy consumption and waste and brings remarkable economic benefit.
