摘要 随着工业自动化的快速发展,光学检测技术的不断精确,利用全自动光学检测系统测量铆钉尺寸,自动快速筛选铆钉正次品已成为可能;根据实际需要,设计出铆钉光学检测自动控制系统,通过PLC控制铆钉的上料及排列,控制两个相机对铆钉进行拍照,以检测铆钉是否为合格品,并且完成正次品分离的整个控制流程;设计中用触摸屏作为人机界面,使得系统操作更加便捷;在系统完成基本功能的基础上,经过大量实验测试证明该系统检测的安全性和可靠性,测量精度控制在0.03~0.06mm之内;并在此基础上对系统进行了改进和完善,根据用户需求反馈做出适当调整,从而形成了完整的铆钉光学检测控制系统。 With the development of industrial automation and increasing accuracy of optical detection, it is possible to measure the dimension of rivets using automation optical detection system and select quality products from defective products automatically. In this article, we design an optical detection and control system according to the actual need. We use PLC to control the transportation of rivets and control two cameras to photograph them in order to determine the quality of rivets, and finish the selection part. In this design, touch screen is used as human--computer interface, which makes the operation more convenient. After completed the basic functions of the system, a large number of experimental test proves that the system is safety and reliability, and the measurement accuracy controls in the 0. 03-0. 06mm. On this basis, the system was improved and perfected. According to the user feedback, We make appropriate adjustments needed to form a complete Rivet machine optical detection system.
