摘要
目的:观察丹参注射液对缺血豚鼠离体心肌细胞跨膜电位的干预作用及其抗心律失常的作用机制。方法:在离体豚鼠左心室流出道慢反应自律细胞上,应用玻璃微电极细胞内记录方法观察跨膜动作电位各项指标。结果:在模拟缺血状态灌流时,左室流出道细胞APD50、APD80均明显缩短(P<0.05),VDD、Vmax和RPF显著变慢(P<0.05或P<0.01);用不同剂量丹参注射液(0.25ml、0.5ml、1ml)灌流,出现剂量依赖性APD50、APD80的延长(P<0.05),VDD与RPF的加快(P<0.05或P<0.01),以大剂量组丹参注射液影响作用最为明显。结论:提示丹参注射液对缺血导致的豚鼠左心室流出道慢反应自律细胞跨膜电位改变所诱发的心律失常有显著保护作用。
Objective: to observe the Effects of Injection Tanshin on isolated guinea pig cardiac cells transmembrane potential induced by ischemia and anti-arrhythmie effects of the mechanism. Methods: By using conventional intracellular microelectrode technique to record transmembrane potential. Results: in simulation ischemia condition, left ventricular outflow tract cell APDso, APDs0 were significantly shortened (P 〈 O. 05), VDD,Vmax and RPF significantly slow (P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) ; With different doses of Injection Tanshin (0. 25 ml, O. 5 ml, 1 ml) perfusion, appear dose dependence APDso, APDs0 prolonged (P 〈 O. 05), VDD and RPF speeding up (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 O. 01). Conclusion: the Injection Tanshin to ischemia in guinea pig left ventricular outflow tract slow reaction self-discipline cell transmembrane potential to change induced arrhythmia has a significant protective effect.
