Integrating Regional Resources Building Animation Major

动漫专业由于起步晚,在教学管理、课程设置、实训室建设、人才评价、技能鉴定等方面可供参考的经验贫乏,绝大部分动画专业在发展中存在师资水平差、专业建设积淀不足、教学难度高、资金缺口大等很多困难和问题。如何快速、有效的建设一个成熟的动漫专业,是摆在所有动漫教育工作者面前的一个非常紧迫的课题。通过整合滨海新区动漫产业的软件与硬件资源,结合校内资源建设,是快速、有效的建设一个成熟的动漫专业的重要途径,很多困难和问题也可以得到有效解决。

Because of the late start teaching management, the curriculum, up, the animation major has little experience for reference in the training room construction, talent evaluation and skills identifi- cation and has met with many difficulties and problems in poor quality of teachers, lack of professional building accumulation, teaching difficulties and the funding gap. The integration of software and hard- ware resources of the animation industry in Binhai New Area, combined with the construction of campus resources is an important way to fast and effectively build a full- fledged animation major and overcome difficulties and problems pressed in front of all animation educators.
