摘要
通过对铝导线的导电率、抗拉强度和断裂伸长率的测试分析,研究了不同退火温度及保温时间对其性能的影响。结果表明:适当的退火温度及保温时间可使铝导线的导电率和断裂伸长率提高,同时降低其抗拉强度。最佳的退火处理工艺参数为:退火温度310℃,保温时间30min,直接空冷。经该工艺处理的铝导线,其抗拉强度为129N/mm^2,断裂伸长率为15.0%,电阻率为2.782×10^8Ω·m,导电率为62%IACS,该铝导线的力学性能和导电性符合电线电缆导体线芯的使用要求。
The electric conductivity, tensile strength and elongation at break of aluminium conductor were analyzed, and the effects of different annealing temperature and holding time on its property were researched. The results show that the appropriate annealing temperature and holding time can increase the electric conductivity and elongation at break and reduce the tensile strength of aluminium conductor. The optimal parameters are that annealing temperature is 310℃, holding time is 30 min, and air cooling. The tensile strength of processed aluminium conductor is 129 N/mm^2, the elongation at break is 15.0%, the resistivity is 2.782×10^8Ω·m, and the electric conductivity is 62%IACS, which conform to the operating requirements of conductor core for electric wire.
