摘要
在化学成分、造型方式、试样类型相同的条件下,试验了三种不同炉料配比方案的高强度球墨铸铁曲轴,对三种方案所浇注试样的显微组织、抗拉强度和硬度进行了对比分析,为生产不同性能的高牌号球墨铸铁曲轴提供了工艺参考。
Under the same chemical composition, molding method and type of samples, three different charge ratio for high strength nodular graphite iron crankshafts were tested. By comparing their microstructure, tensile strength and hardness, the technique reference for producing the high grade nodular graphite iron crankshafts was provided.
