摘要
大型铸钢件几乎都采用漏包浇注,铸件外观质量受到内浇口出流速度、浇注温度等浇注参数的影响。分析了内浇口出流速度对铸钢件外观缺陷的影响因素,确定了最佳内浇口出流速度,并运用到实际生产以改善铸钢件外观质量。
The bottom pouring ladle is almost used in pouring large steel castings. The appearance quality of castings is affected by pouring parameters, such as ingate outflow velocity, pouring temperature, etc. The influencing factors of ingate outflow velocity on appearance defects of steel castings were analyzed. The optimum ingate outflow velocity was determined, which is applied in practical production to improve the appearance quality of steel castings.
