摘要
阐述了无机粘结剂的工作原理,介绍了无机粘结剂的混砂、制芯工艺,分析了无机粘结剂的砂芯强度、发气性、溃散性等性能。结果表明,将无机粘结剂砂应用于铝合金铸造,浇注过程无有害气体排放,但砂芯溃散性差,旧砂不易回用。
The principle of inorganic binder was described. The sand mixing and core making process was presented. The core strength, gas evolution and collapsibility of inorganic binder were analyzed. The results show that the inorganic binder sand has no harmful gas emissions in aluminium alloy pouring process, but its collapsibility is bad and the used sand is not easy to recondition.
