摘要
探讨了深海石油工程装配件内置轮毂的铸造工艺设计及熔炼过程中铁水成分和温度、球化和孕育处理的控制。铁水过滤、陶瓷管浇道、多次孕育除渣等措施保证了铁水纯净,改善了石墨形态和分布,极大提高了铸件综合性能。
The casting process design of the built-in hub for assembly parts in deep-sea petroleum engineering and the control of molten iron composition and temperature, spheroidized treatment and inoculation were discussed. The measures for filtering molten iron, ceramic tube runner and multi-inoculation and slag removal were taken to get clean molten iron and better graphite form and distribution. The casting performance was improved greatly.
