摘要
将均匀试验法应用在水稳剂研制过程中 ,利用有机膦、羧酸磺酸共聚物及阴离子活性助剂为有效组分研制了 QS 1 3水稳剂 ,使其适用水质范围达到了 Ca2 ++ M-a≤ 1 30 0 mg/L(以 Ca CO3计 )。文中介绍了 QS1 3水稳剂的缓蚀、阻垢性能及工业应用效果。
The development and application of QS13 water treatment agent which comprising of a organophosphonate, carboxylic acid/sulfonic acid polymer, anion surface active agent was described. It's properties of scale and corrsion inhibition was also described. It could be used in such aqueous systems (Ca 2+ +M-a≤1300 mg/L, calculated as Ca 2CO 3). The Uniform Design method was used in this evaluation.
