肺硬化性血管瘤中CT强化与MVD的关系 被引量:4

Relationship Between MVD and CT Enhancement in Sclerosing Hemangioma of the Lung

摘要 目的探讨CT强化和微血管密度(MVD)在肺硬化性血管瘤(SHL)中的表现特点以及两者的相互关系。方法选择经过手术病理确诊的SHL患者10例,计算强化前后的CT值并分析病灶强化特点和形态改变。病理标本常规HE染色,CD34抗体标记所选取肿瘤组织,光镜下观察MVD。结果 CT强化扫描后SHL病灶明显增强,CT强化值为(48.65±8.65)Hu;直径≤3 cm的6例病灶呈均匀强化,直径>3 cm的3例病灶呈不均匀强化,1例病灶呈均匀强化;肿瘤实质CD34表达阴性,出血区的腔壁为阴性,血管内皮细胞CD34表达阳性。结论 MVD是SHL病灶的CT强化基础,SHL可能不是来源于血管内皮细胞。 Objective To investigate the performance characteristics of CT enhancement and microvascular den- sity (MVD) of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung (SHL) and their relationships. Methods Ten cases of SHL con- firmed by pathology were collected,the CT values before and after enhancement were calculated, and the enhance- ment characteristics and morphological changes of the lesions were analyzed. Pathological specimens were treated with routine HE staining,the selected tumor tissues were labeled with CD34 antibody, and the MVD was observed under light microscope. Results The SHL lesions significantly were enhanced after CT enhancement, the CT en- hancement value was (48.65 + 8.65) Hu. The lesions with diameter ~3 cm showed homogeneous enhancement, and three cases with diameter 〉 3 cm showed heterogeneous enhancement, only one case with diameter 〉 3 cm showed homogeneous enhancement; the expression of CD34 was negative in the tumor substance, and was negative in the parietal area of bleeding, and was positive in the vascular endothelial cells. Conclusion MVD is the basis of CT enhancement of the SHL lesions, and SHL may not be derived from vascular endothelial cells.
