摘要 食管癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,死亡率高达90%,占国内恶性肿瘤死亡的21%,严重威胁着人类的健康和生命。目前寻找一种与其相关的分子标志物,对于进一步了解食管癌的发生、发展、诊断、治疗及预后评估势在必行。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)广泛存在于真核生物中,是一类不翻译为蛋白的21~25个核苷酸的功能RNA分子,
