微小RNA在食管癌中的研究 被引量：1

摘要 食管癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，死亡率高达90％，占国内恶性肿瘤死亡的21％，严重威胁着人类的健康和生命。目前寻找一种与其相关的分子标志物，对于进一步了解食管癌的发生、发展、诊断、治疗及预后评估势在必行。微小RNA（microRNA，miRNA）广泛存在于真核生物中，是一类不翻译为蛋白的21～25个核苷酸的功能RNA分子，
