This article discusses the core operating mechanism of Witkey mode, analyzes the two mecha- nisms which are dominated by the demand side and by the provider side, and analyzes and studies the optimization strategy about the problems in the internet operating mechanism, such as problem of mecha- nism for deciding prices, problem of mechanism for credits, problem of mechanism for profit and problem of mechanism for information service.
