塔式起重机的手控操作存在种种问题,将遥控技术引入塔机势在必行。文章主要研究了QTZ63型塔式起重机的遥控化改进设计。重点研究了遥控操作塔机的具体要求、工作原理及无线遥控系统,最后介绍了QTZ63塔机无线遥控改进的关键技术。
