Design and Realization of Isolated Amplifier Used for Transmission Characteristics of Large Hoist Motion

介绍一种基于高线性度光耦器件HCNR200的隔离放大器的设计、实现及其工作原理。在提升机电机传动特性测试时,由于一些被测信号无公共参考电位,且有些信号电压较高。因此,为确保被测信号不受扰动,正确构成测试回路,需要对输入信号进行电气隔离。

The design and realization of an isolated amplifier based on high-linearity optocoupler called HCNR200 is proposed, and the operation principle is described briefly. When testing the transmission characteristics of hoist motion, because several measured signal don＇t have common reference potential and some signal with high voltage, the input signal should be electrically isolated in order to ensure that the measured signal is not disturbed and the test loop is correct.
