油田污水回注系统防腐蚀结垢工艺改造 被引量:10

摘要 采用油田污水回注的方式,其集输系统和井筒腐蚀与结垢问题严重。针对现有的污水处理回注工艺流程,分析各环节的水质。结果表明,注入水水质不合格是腐蚀和结垢的根本原因。进行除铁污水和不除铁污水稳定性对比试验,筛选出高锰酸钾与双氧水复合使用的高效除铁剂。总结了已有污水回注工艺流程使用过程中应注意的问题和改造要求,提出了一套新的污水处理回注工艺流程,并进行了稳定性跟踪试验,腐蚀结垢得到有效控制。 The corrosion and scaling problem of the gathering and transportation systems and boreholes is becoming serious in oil-field due to oil field sewage reinjection. According to the process flow of sewage reinjection, the water quality of each step in the reinjection system was analyzed. The results show that the water quality unmatching the standard was the main reason for corrosion and scaling. The stability and corrosion comparison tests of the sewage with and without iron were performed. Through the tests, the potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide compound mixture was selected as the most efficient iron-removal agent. Troubles and reformation requirements of the existing sewage treatment process are summarized, a set of new sewage treatment process is proposed. The stability tracking test was conducted. The corrosion and scaling problem were effectively controlled.
