A New Type of Lining Anti-corrosion Technical Solution for Carbide Slag Firing Cement Chimney

介绍了一种新型的全电石渣制水泥烟囱内衬防腐蚀技术。该方案采用特种高温树脂玻璃磷片与耐温陶瓷方法相结合的多层防腐蚀结构调配而成,施工经验表明,多层防腐蚀层结构能最大限度地在成本允许情况下满足防腐蚀性能要求。

A new type of lining anti corrosion technical solution for produced from carbide slag cement chimneys is described in this paper. It is a multi-layer anti-corrosion coating composed of special high temperature resin with glass flakes combined with high temperature ceramic. The construction experience shows that the muhi-layer anti corrosion coating structure is able to meet the requirements of anti corrosion in allowed cost.
