壮药蟾蜍皮质量控制方法的研究

Research on Quality Control of Zhuang Medicine Bufonis Corium

目的:制订壮药蟾蜍皮质量标准。方法:采用经验和理化的方法,对该药材的性状、薄层鉴别和华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基含量等项目进行分析检测,制订相应的质量控制标准。结果:已制订出该药材性状、薄层鉴别和华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基含量测定方法,并制订了壮药蟾蜍皮质量标准。结论:建立的壮药蟾蜍皮质量标准可有效控制该药材质量。

Objective：To provide scientific basis for formulating quality standard of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium. Method： Experience, physical and chemical methods were adopted to analyze and determine the characters, TLC identification, content of cinobufagin and resibufogenin, the standard of quality control was formulated according them. Result： The characteristics of materia medica, TLC, the total count of cinobufagin and resibufogenin were formulated; quality standard of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium was worked out. Conclusion： The quality of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium can be controlled effectively with the quality standard.
