复合维生素预防IVF-ET胎儿神经管缺损效果的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察复合维生素预防体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)胎儿神经管缺损的效果。方法:回顾性分析华中科技大学附属同济医院生殖中心2005年1月~2010年12月接受IVF-ET并妊娠患者4 195例,其中移植后未服用复合维生素患者1 502例(A组),移植后服用复合维生素患者2 693例(B组)。比较两组胎儿神经管缺损的发生率。结果:A组发生胎儿神经管缺损6例,神经管缺损发病率为4.00‰,B组未发生神经管缺损。两组神经管缺损发病率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:IVF-ET后使用复合维生素,可以预防胎儿神经管缺损。 Objective: To observe the preventive effect of multivitamin on fetal neural tube defect after in vitro fertilization -em- bryo transfer ( IVF - ET) . Methods: A total of 4 195 patients who received IVF - ET and got pregnancy in the hospital from January 2005 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively, and then they were divided into group A (including 1 502 patients not taking multivitamin after IVF - ET) and group B ( including 2 693 patients taking multivitamin after IVF - ET) . The incidence rates of neural tube defect in the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence rate of neural tube defect in group A was 4. 00%v (6 fetuses), while in group B, no fetus was found with neural tube defect. There was statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of neural tube defect between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Muhivitamin used after IVF - ET can prevent fetal neural tube defect.
