含间隙机构神经网络建模及其智能控制 被引量:1

Neural network modeling and intelligent control of mechanism with clearance

摘要 由于含间隙机构是一个强非线性系统,很难建立比较准确的数学模型,采用传统控制方法难以获得理想的控制效果。本文针对上述问题,以含间隙连杆机构为例,根据实验样本数据,运用BP神经网络离线建模,并对含间隙机构分别运用神经网络内模控制和参数自调整模糊控制,以减小间隙带来的非线性误差。实验结果表明,运用智能控制技术,系统稳定性得到明显改善,有效地减小了系统误差。
