永久性箱梁内芯模板的试验研究

Research on Permanent Belly-core Formwork of Box Girders

针对混凝土箱梁内芯模采用木模板的缺点 ,提出了一种适合箱梁制作的永久性钢丝网混凝土内模板 ,该模板施工后不用拆除 ,室内试验研究表明 ,这种模板可与箱梁混凝土形成良好的组合作用 ,并且能提高箱梁混凝土的耐久性。

To overcome the dusadvantage of the wood formwork used as a belly?core formwork for concrete box girders, a permanent ferroconcrete formwork, which was fit for the construction of box girder and does not need to be removed after concrete pouring,was presented in this paper.It was approved by the indoor experiment that a well combination between this formwork and the concrete of box girder was generated, and the durability of concrete was also advanced.
