摘要
对我省公路现行投资体制进行了分析 ,指出存在的问题及筹资工作面临的困难 ,并对几种新型的融资方式在我省的应用进行了可行性分析。
The present investment system of our provincial highway is analysed,some problem and difficulties are given,the application of several newly financing way to our province is taken feasible analysis.
