摘要
教育援助作为大国对外政策的重要领域,无疑是培育国家软实力的重要途径之一。中国对非洲的学校援建项目透过援助有效性与援助进程中形成的对华文化认知,影响着中国在非洲的国家形象与软实力。与日本相比较,中国在尼日利亚的小学援建项目存在战略规划的缺失、过程的相对封闭与僵化,以及对特色凝聚的忽视等问题,在援助有效性与软实力效益方面仍需改进。
Abstract: As one of the great powers' foreign policies, Education Aid is undoubtedly one of the channels through which soft power is amassed. China's assistance to the construction of primary schools in African countries has effect on its national image and soft power through aid effectiveness and African perception towards China formed in the process of interaction between China and Nigeria. Comparing Japan's model, China's assistance to constructing primary school in Nigeria has some defects including the lack of long-term strategy plan, the relative exclusiveness and rigidity of the conducting process and the absence of uniqueness, which result in discounted aid effectiveness and soft power implications.
