通过讨论科学技术进步与经济增长的关系 ,结合我国实际 ,谈了“科技兴国”的设想。
By discussing on the relation between scientific and technical progress,economic increase,combined with practice in our country,the tentative plan of “science and technology vitalizing nation” is given.
