摘要
采用超高效液相色谱/质谱法研究了莱州湾水体沉积物对氨基脲的吸附特性及机制。结果表明,沉积物对莱州湾水中氨基脲的吸附符合Freundlich等温式和Langmuir等温式,是表面吸附作用和分配作用共同作用的结果。定量描述了表面吸附作用和分配作用对沉积物吸附氨基脲的相对贡献,它们均为浓度的函数,氨基脲的吸附以表面吸附作用为主。
The determination of semicarbazide was performed by ultra performance liquid chromatogram tandem mass chromatogram (UPLC-MS/MS) to investigate the characteristics and mechanism of semicarbazide adsorption on sediment of Laizhou Bay. It was found that the isothermal adsorption data of semicarbazide could be well fitted by both Freundlich and Langmuir equation. The semicarbazide adsorption process was a combination of surface adsorption and partition. The contribution of surface adsorption and partition was quantitative analyized. Results showed that both of them were related to equilibrium concentration of Semicarbazide, and surface adsorption played the pre- dominant role in adsorption process.
