摘要
通过田间试验,探讨了沼肥对甘薯的增产效应及其对甘薯品质、重金属吸收的影响。结果表明:(1)增施沼肥可以显著提高甘薯产量,施用30.0t/hm2沼肥的甘薯产量最高,增产29.1%。(2)甘薯的不同器官中粗蛋白含量存在差异。甘薯叶中粗蛋白含量最高,甘薯藤中含量次之,而果实中含量最低。为了提高甘薯中粗蛋白含量,沼肥施用量应低于10t/hm2。(3)施用沼肥对甘薯对铜的吸收没有显著影响;过量沼肥施用会促进甘薯对锌的吸收。沼肥施用对甘薯不同器官吸收铜、锌的影响依次为甘薯叶>甘薯藤>甘薯果实。(4)优质甘薯种植中沼肥施用量不宜超过10t/hm2,如果考虑土壤重金属和氮素累积风险,保证土壤安全的甘薯沼肥科学施用量宜为6.1t/hm2。
Field experiment was carried out to study the effect of biogas manure on the yield and quality of sweet potato. Heavy metals accumulation in sweet potato and soil was also analyzed. The results indicated that application of biogas manure significantly increased the yield of sweet potato. Fertilizing 30. 0 t/hm2 of hiogas manure could achieve the highest of sweet potato production, given the yield increase rate of 29.1%. There was certain difference in crude protein in different parts of sweet potato, crude protein in leaves was highest, and then in vines, fruit of sweet potato share the smallest crude protein. In order to improve the content of crude protein in fruit, the fertilization of hiogas manure should he no more than 10 t/hm2. Biogas manure had no significant effect on Cu accumulation, while excess fertilization could promote Zn accumulation by sweet potato. Effect of biogas manure fertilization on sweet potato ordered leaves〉 vines〉 fruit in the function of Cu and Zn accumulation. In order to improve the yield and quality of sweet potato, the application rate of hiogas manure should not exceed 10 t/hm2 , while from the point of decrease the environmental risk, the optimum fertilizer rate was 6.1 t/hm2.
