摘要
α-黑素细胞刺激素为一种内源性神经调节肽,由前阿黑皮素原经激素原转化酶催化而成,具有广泛的生物活性。综述α-黑素细胞刺激素及其衍生物在抗炎、保护心脑血管、抗菌、抗艾滋病及抗黑色素瘤中的作用及机制研究进展,旨在为相关新药的研发提供参考。
α-Melanocyte-stimulating hormone ( α-MSH), an endogenous neural regulatory peptide, is derived from proopiomelanocortin ( POMC), which can change into α-MSH under the catalysis of prohor- mone-converting enzyme ( PC). α-MSH has a wide range of biological activities. The recent progress in researches on the effects and the related mechanisms of ct-MSH and its analogues in anti-inflammation, cardiovascular protection, anti-microbial activity, anti-AIDS, as well as anti-melanoma was reviewed, so as to provide a reference for the development of the related new drugs.
