新疆桑树资源利用及桑树产业“生态-经济一体化”发展思路

Mulberry Resource Utilization and Development Strategy of "Ecologically and Economically Integrated" Mulberry Industry in Xinjiang

桑树是新疆维吾尔自治区古老的树种之一,新疆的桑树资源分布广泛且极具特色。通过查阅历史文献和实地考察等方式,对新疆桑树资源在民间文化习俗、维吾尔医药、生态防护、蚕丝生产及保健食品开发等方面的应用历史与现状进行调研分析,并初步提出以新疆桑树资源为物质基础,打造具有生态、经济、文化特点的新疆桑树产业模式,实现"生态-经济一体化"发展的思路,以期通过桑树资源的多元化开发利用,发展新疆的桑树产业。

Mulberry is one of the ancient tree species growing in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Xinjiang mulberry resources are widely distributed and greatly typified. Through consulting historical documents and on-the-spot investigations, the history and current situation of Xinjiang mulberry resource utilization in folk culture and customs, Uygur medicine, ecological protection, silk production, healthcare food development and other aspects were analyzed. It is preliminarily proposed to utilize Xinjiang mulberry resources as material basis for establishing Xinjiang mulberry industrial mode with ecological, economic and cultural characteristics so as to implement the development strategy of ＂ecologically and economically integrated＂ mulberry industry. Xinjiang mulberry industry is expected to be developed through diversified utilization of its rich mulberry resources.
