摘要
刮板输送机中部槽挡板槽帮推移耳主要承受液压支架的推移力,是刮板输送机前进的关键受力部位。通过对中部槽挡板槽帮推移耳的损坏形式、铸件质量及有限元分析,改进了挡板槽帮推移耳过渡圆角及耳孔的结构,改善了推移耳的受力状况,减少了推移耳出现偏载或过载拉断等失效问题,提高了推移耳的强度及可靠性。
The thrust lug of the baffle ledge of the middle trough in the armour faced conveyor (AFC) mainly bears hydraulic pushing force and pulling force from the hydraulic support, which is the key stressed part during AFC advance. After studying the damage forms of the thrust lug of the baffle ledge of middle trough, the casting quality problems and finite element analysis of the thrust lug, the transition fillet and the lug hole of the thrust lug of the baffle ledge were reconstructed, which led to improvement on stress conditions of the thrust and reduction in fracture failure due to eccentric loading and overloading as well as enhancement on strength and reliability of the thrust lug.
