基于CFD技术的矿用空气幕流体特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 以空气动力学为理论基础,采用Pro/E软件进行矿用空气幕供风器三维建模。应用FLUENT软件,采用SIMPLE算法和标准κ-ε湍流模型,对其不可压缩湍流流场进行三维数值模拟,分析供风器内部风流流动特性、出口速度分布以及流动阻力损失。研究结果表明,与传统供风器相比,模拟优化得到的新型结构供风器的风流紊乱和漩涡明显减少,风流的流动损失减少了31.7%,提高了出口速度的均匀性,为进一步提高矿用空气幕工作效率提供了理论依据。 With the theoretical basis of aerodynamics, Pro/E software was applied to build 3D mode of the air supply unit for mine air curtain. FLUENT software was applied to conduct 3D numerical simulation for the incompressible turbulent flow fields in the air supply unit based on SIMPLE arithmetic and standard ic-~ turbulent model, and flow characteristics of air inside the air supply unit, distribution of outlet velocity and flow resistance loss were analyzed. The study results indicated that the air flow turbulence and whirlpool inside the optimized air supply unit remarkably decreased compare~! with traditional one, the air flow loss reduced by 31.7%, and uniformity of outlet velocity improved. The study provided theoretical references for further improving operation efficiency of the mine air curtain.
