矿用自卸车电动轮冷却系统设计与分析

Design and analysis on cooling system for electric wheels in mining dump trucks

摘要 轮边电动机是电传动矿用铰接式自卸车的重要动力部件,其各种动力性能指标及散热等问题对整车性能有着重要的影响。针对某车型矿用自卸车传动系统中水冷永磁同步电动机,结合实际冷却系统,对电动机进行数学建模,并应用Ansoft软件进行了电磁仿真,从而确定了电动机热源情况及边界条件。最后应用FLUENT对冷却水套进行温度场仿真,并通过试验验证了电动机及其冷却系统设计的可行性。 Wheel motor is an important drive component in the mining articulated dump truck, and its power performance indexes and heat dissipation have important impacts on the truck performance. In the paper, the water- cooling permanent magnet synchronous motor of the electric transmission system of a certain mining articulated dump truck was modeled mathematically in combination with actual cooling system. And then, software Ansofi was applied to simulate the magnetic field, so as to determine the thermal sources and the boundary conditions of the motor. In addition, software FLUENT was applied to simulate the temperature field of the water-cooling jacket. Finally, test results showed that the motor and its cooling system were designed feasibly.
