摘要
对锁绳装置结构进行了分析,得出现有锁绳装置存在的问题。针对重载工况下现有锁绳装置存在承载能力小、安全系数小的问题,通过优化锁绳装置关键结构件解决锁紧力不足的难题,并设计了一套可靠、快速、方便的重载锁绳装置。该锁绳装置能够实现各种工况下对多绳摩擦提升钢丝绳安全、稳定锁紧,为矿井安全高效生产提供了保障。关键词:锁绳装置;多绳摩擦提升机;
After analyzing the available rope-locked devices, the problems of the current rope-locked device were summarized. In view of poor carrying capacity and low security coefficient of current rope-locked device in heavy loading mode, key components of the rope-locked device were optimized so as to enhance the locking force. In addition, a set of heavy loading rope-locked device was designed, which was characterized by reliability, rapid and convenience. It was helpful to realizing safe and stable locking of the ropes of multi-rope friction hoist in various operation modes, which guaranteed the safe and efficient production in mines.
