摘要
针对某氧化镍矿,通过探索试验确定1、2号矿样分别采取硫酸浸出、硫酸铵焙烧—硫酸浸出流程。通过进行硫酸浓度、浸出时间、硫酸铵用量等各条件试验,最终确定了最佳浸出条件,获得1号氧化镍矿镍浸出率达到92.04%,2号氧化镍矿镍浸出率为72.36%。
For a nickel oxide ore, sample 1 was processed by sulfuric acid leaching and sample 2 was processed by ammonium sulfate roasting and sulfuric acid leaching after exploring experiments. After conditional experiments of sulfuric acid consistence, leaching duration and ammonium sulfate dosage etc. being conducted, the optimum leaching condition was determined. Thus the leaching rate of sample 1 reached 92.04% and that of sample 2 reached 72.36%.
