摘要
分析了轮轨间主、副摩擦面的工作特点 ,介绍了新研制的 2种轮轨主、副摩擦面上用的润滑调节剂及其润滑系统的结构特点。运用结果表明 ,既可改善轮轨润滑以减少轮轨磨耗 ,又可保证轮轨间的粘着系数 。
The operation features of the wheel rail main and auxiliary friction faces are analyzed.The two kinds of newly developed lubricating adjustment agents applied on the wheel rail main and auxiliary friction faces,as well as the structural features of the lubricating system are described.The operation results show that not only the wheel rail lubrication can be improved to reduce wheel rail wear,but also the wheel rail adhesion factor can be ensured,and the economic effect is obvious.
