评美化资本主义私有经济的“间接所有制”论

On Beautifying the "Indirect Ownership" of the Capitalist Private Economy

有人认为,私有企业主的财产用于私人消费的部分只占很小比例,实际上是为社会所用,是所谓"不占有生产资料但却享受其效用"的"间接所有制"。据此,一方面主张不能说私有经济只"姓私";另一方面却说国有经济是"官有"的,"损害所有人的利益"。"间接所有制"弄不清所有制内部产权体系的结构和层次,割裂了"所有"和"使用"的关系,混淆了产权主体,是出于对产权基本理论无知而杜撰的伪范畴,当然严重背离经济生活的现实。本文运用产权理论,对照社会现实,剖析它的错误和欺骗性,指出其目的是为了美化资本主义私有经济,贬低社会主义国有经济,为进一步推行私有化制造舆论。

Some people think part of private business owners' property used for private consumption takes the small percentage of private business owners' property,in fact,most part of their property is used for society,is the so-called 'not possessing production but enjoying their effectiveness' and 'indirect ownership.' Pursuant to which,on the one hand,they advocate that it cannot be said that the private economy is only 'capitalist;' on the other hand said that the state-owned economy is 'official' and 'harm the interests of all.' 'Indirect ownership' confused internal structure and hierarchy of the system of ownership property rights,separated the relationship between 'owner' and 'use,' confused property rights,out of ignorance of the basic theory of property rights coined pseudo category,of course,a serious departure from the economic reality of life.The present paper uses the theory of property rights,compares with social reality,analyzes its error and deception,and points out its purpose is to beautify the private capitalist economy,to belittle the socialist state-owned economy,and to create public opinion in order to further promote the implementation of privatization.
