Building and Development Strategy for Information- based Railway

结合我国铁路实际情况,阐述了铁路信息化建设“1117”的战略思路,提出要注重建设的核心工作和一般工作,注重结合目前铁路信息化实际需求的重点系统建设工作,注重结合铁路改革需要的基础建设工作等,旨在为铁路信息化长期稳定发展奠定基础。

In combination with the actual conditions of the Chinese railways, the strategic train of thoughts '1117' in building the information-based railway is elaborated. It is pointed out that attention should be paid to the core work and the general work in the building of the information-based railway, to the work of building the emphasis system in combination with the actually required information-based railway at present and to the required basic work in combination with the railway reform with the aim of laying foundation for the long-term and steady development of information-based railway.
