分析美国高校图书馆校友服务现状,分析对我国高校图书馆校友服务工作的启示,包括联合校友工作办公室开展服务、为同城校友提供借阅服务、提供文献传递服务、免费服务与收费服务相结合、建立校友服务制度等。
On the analysis of the alumni services in American university, the article brings out some implications for alumni service in Chinese university libraries, such as establishing joint service with university alumni office, providing lending service to alumni in the same city, providing document delivery service, combining free service with service for charge, setting up alumni service system
