摘要
瞄准世界城市建设的高端形态,依据北京现有的科技资源,找出促进创新驱动绿色发展的关键问题,主要包括三个方面:建立区域绿色产业创新评估系统,植根于本地市场,绿色关键创新技术的应用。基于对关键问题的分析研究,提出北京以创新促进绿色发展的基本措施建议。
Targeting the high-end form of the world＇s urban construction, based on existing scientific and technological resources, the paper is going to identify the key issues to promote innovation - driven green development, which are mainly in three aspects： the establishment of a regional green industry innovation evaluation system, rooted foothold in the local market and the application of key innovative technologies. At last, based on the analysis of key issues, the paper proposes to promote green development with innovative measures in Beijing.
