伴随激烈的市场竞争,如何在常规商流模式下进行物流组织的优化提到了一个重要的位置。近几年,出现了一种称之为资源交换的特殊的商流、物流交错模式,主要体现在d宗同质化商品通过物流形式的变化改变现有的商流运作模式。具体而言,就是销售部门在开展贸易过程中,利用资源来源的多样性,在不改变商流结算模式的情况下,通过调整实物的物流流向,实现节省物流费用、满足客户特殊需求和企业间紧急保供等目的。该文根据中国石化化工销售物流的特点,给出了针对资源交换业务的物流系统设计方案,并结合具体系统的实施,说明了该方案的可用性和有效性。

In recent years, there has been special business flow, logistics interlaced mode called resource exchange business flow, which is mainly reflected in the bulk homogenization of commodities through the change in the form of logistics to change the existing business flow mode of operation. It also proves the availability and effectiveness of this architecture combined with specific scenes.
