基于负担贡献模型中国西部民营经济发展研究

Research on the Private Economy on Western China Based on Load & Contribution Analysis

就业人数和平均工资,这两个易于衡量的指标联系在一起刻画了民营经济发展的负担和贡献。基于负担贡献模型,从公平的视角,对各地区民营经济发展的负担贡献进行比较研究;从资源有效配置的视角,对民营经济和国有经济之间的关系进行研究。研究发现,民营经济和国有经济之间存在密切的内在联系,通过积极引导可以使它们之间形成良性互动机制。结合所有制结构和产业结构分析,为促进西部地区民营经济发展提供了相关政策建议。

Employment and the average salary, these two easy measurably index associated with the development of the pri- vate economy portrays the burden and contribution. Based on Load ＆ Contribution model, study on the development of the private economy for all regions by compare the load with contribution from the perspective of fair; and research of the rela- tionship between the private economy and the state-owned economy from the perspective of effective resource allocation. Study found that, there exist a close inner link between the private economy and state-owned economy. Through the active- ly guide can make the benign interaction between mechanism between them. In order to promote the development of the pri- vate economy in western China to provide relevant policy suggestions by combined with the ownership structure and industri- al structure analysis.
