基于价值链分割的产业集群不完全转移及升级研究——以南京大明路汽车销售与服务产业集群为例

Research on Industrial Clusters Upgrade Based on Value Chain and Clusters Transfer: A Case from Daminglu Automobile Sale & Service Cluster

产业集群的转移与升级是我国区域经济发展中的热点问题。基于价值链的可分割特性,阐述了产业集群转移的内涵,分析了产业集群的不完全转移过程,讨论了集群不完全转移过程中的升级途径以及不完全转移和升级后新老集群间关系的三个主要特征。基于理论的分析与阐述,还对南京大明路汽车销售与服务产业集群的升级进行了案例分析。

Industrial cluster upgrade and transfer are the hot issues in regional economic development in China. Based on the divisible character of value chains, this paper analyzes the meaning of industrial cluster transfer, the incompletely transferring process and the upgrading path along the value chain in the process. Meanwhile, we al- so discuss there characteristics of the relationship between new and old clusters. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward a case study of Daminglu Automobile Sale ＆ Service Cluster
